Garlίc Prime Steak & Seafood is an innovative, young, energetic, and thriving upscale restaurant on Main Street in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. The dedication, loyalty, energy, and personality from each member of our team has helped us raise the bar for exceptional dining in the Poconos.

We obtain and retain only the best employees – employees that work as hard as if this was their own business. Whether they have decided to make a career in food and beverage, pick up a part-time job while completing school, or anywhere in between – we stand behind our employees so that they can personally and professionally achieve their goals.

Household names – such as Kevin Kern, Kyle Kintz, Koty Schweiger, Brook Wolff, Alex Schork, Thomas Sarni, and Jennifer Valdez – have shown their dedication over the years and have helped Garlίc create and live up to its reputation as an exceptional upscale dining establishment.
